Ingredients

  • 200 g Glutinous Rice Flour
  • 250 ml Water
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 100 g Ground Peanuts
  • 50 g Sugar

Instructions 

  1. Mix glutinous rice flour and water in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Steam the mixture for about 10 minutes until it becomes translucent and sticky.
  3. Let it cool slightly, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
  4. In a pan, mix ground peanuts and sugar.
  5. Coat the sticky rice pieces with the peanut and sugar mixture.
