Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rice
  • 1 kg Chicken, cut into pieces
  • 200 ml Coconut Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 inch Ginger, minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the rice as per package instructions and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a large pot and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned.
  4. 4. Pour in coconut milk, add turmeric powder and salt. Stir well.
  5. 5. Simmer on low heat until chicken is cooked through and sauce thickens.
  6. 6. Serve the chicken and sauce over the cooked rice.
