Chicken Marinade
- 4 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skin-on
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
Sambal
- 5 pieces Red Chilies chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 pieces Tomatoes chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
Rice
- 2 cups Rice uncooked
- 4 cups Water
Marinate the chicken with garlic, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, and sugar. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken until golden brown and crispy. Set aside.
For the sambal, blend red chilies, garlic, tomatoes, salt, and sugar into a paste. Sauté the paste until fragrant.
Cook the rice in a rice cooker with water.
Serve the fried chicken with rice and sambal on the side. Enjoy!
