Ingredients 

Rice

  • 2 cups Glutinous rice soaked overnight
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Fish Curry

  • 500 grams Fish (Tuna or Mackerel) cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Curry powder
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Tamarind paste
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Rinse the glutinous rice and soak it overnight.
  2. 2. Drain the rice and place it in a rice cooker. Add coconut milk and salt. Cook until done.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a pot. Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
  4. 4. Add curry powder and stir for a minute.
  5. 5. Add fish pieces, coconut milk, salt, and tamarind paste. Simmer until fish is cooked and the curry thickens.
  6. 6. Serve the fish curry with the cooked rice.
