Nasi Goreng Belacan Recipe (Fried Rice with Shrimp Paste)

Main Ingredients
- 3 cups Cooked rice
- 2 tablespoon Shrimp paste
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Chili paste
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 1 cup Mixed vegetables carrots, peas, corn
- 2 stalks Green onions, chopped
Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
Add the minced garlic and shrimp paste, stir-fry until fragrant.
Add the chili paste and soy sauce, stir well.
Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Push the vegetables to one side of the wok and pour the beaten eggs on the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked.
Add the cooked rice and mix everything together, stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
