Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice preferably day-old
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 small Onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 pcs Eggs beaten
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and chopped onion, and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Push the garlic and onion to the side of the wok and pour the beaten eggs into the center. Scramble the eggs until they are fully cooked.
  4. Add the cooked rice to the wok and stir well to combine with the eggs, garlic, and onion.
  5. Pour the soy sauce over the rice and mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the rice is heated through.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy your simple Nasi Goreng Biasa!
