Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 can corned beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili paste (optional)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
  2. Add corned beef and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Push the corned beef to one side of the pan. Scramble the eggs on the other side.
  4. Mix everything together and add the cooked rice.
  5. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chili paste. Stir well.
  6. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
