garlic, minced

onion, chopped

soy sauce

oyster sauce

eggs, beaten

cooking oil

spring onion, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
Add dabai fruit, stir well.
Push ingredients to the side, pour beaten eggs into the pan, scramble until cooked.
Add cooked rice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Garnish with chopped spring onion before serving.
