Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup dabai fruit, pitted and mashed
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 spring onion, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add dabai fruit, stir well.
  4. Push ingredients to the side, pour beaten eggs into the pan, scramble until cooked.
  5. Add cooked rice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  6. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Garnish with chopped spring onion before serving.
