Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked rice
- 100 grams Salted fish cut into small pieces
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Pepper to taste
Heat the wok and add cooking oil.
Add the salted fish and fry until crispy. Remove and set aside.
In the same wok, add garlic and onion, stir-fry until fragrant.
Add the beaten eggs and scramble until cooked.
Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Return the fried salted fish to the wok and mix thoroughly.
Serve hot.
