Main Ingredients
- 3 cups Cooked rice preferably day-old
- 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 2 pcs Shallots sliced
- 1 cup Mixed ulam herbs finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon White pepper to taste
Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sliced shallots, stir-fry until fragrant.
Add the cooked rice and stir-fry for a few minutes until heated through.
Add the soy sauce, salt, and white pepper. Mix well.
Finally, add the chopped ulam herbs and stir-fry for another minute.
Serve hot and enjoy!
