Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 cups Cooked rice preferably day-old
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 2 pcs Shallots sliced
  • 1 cup Mixed ulam herbs finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon White pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sliced shallots, stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add the cooked rice and stir-fry for a few minutes until heated through.
  4. Add the soy sauce, salt, and white pepper. Mix well.
  5. Finally, add the chopped ulam herbs and stir-fry for another minute.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
