Main Ingredients
- 3 cups Cooked rice
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Chili paste
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 unit Onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 cup Mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 2 units Eggs, beaten
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat.
2. Add the garlic and onion, and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add the mixed vegetables and cook for a few minutes until tender.
4. Push the vegetables to the side of the wok and pour the beaten eggs into the center. Scramble the eggs until cooked.
5. Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, and chili paste. Stir well to combine.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well mixed and heated through.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
