Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 1 can Sardines in tomato sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add sardines and break them into smaller pieces.
  4. Add cooked rice, soy sauce, and chili sauce. Stir well.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
