Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 200 grams Chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables carrots, peas, corn
  • 2 tablespoons Tom Yam paste
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 stalk Lemongrass, finely chopped
  • 2 leaves Kaffir lime leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 handful Cilantro, chopped for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic, lemongrass, and kaffir lime leaves. Stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add the diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the Tom Yam paste, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  6. Add the cooked rice and stir-fry until everything is well combined and heated through.
  7. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
