Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice preferably day-old
  • 1 cup Dried shrimp soaked and drained
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 pcs Eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper to taste
  • 2 pcs Green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and dried shrimp. Stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Push the shrimp to one side of the wok and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked.
  4. Add the cooked rice to the wok. Stir well to combine with the shrimp and eggs.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
