Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked rice
- 200 grams Beef, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Paprik sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add the beef slices and cook until browned.
Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Stir in the cooked rice, soy sauce, and paprik sauce. Mix well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
