Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Glutinous rice soaked for at least 4 hours or overnight
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 pcs Pandan leaves tied into a knot
1. Drain the soaked glutinous rice and place it in a mixing bowl.
2. Add turmeric powder and mix well until the rice is evenly coated.
3. Pour in the coconut milk, add salt, and mix well.
4. Transfer the mixture to a steamer lined with pandan leaves.
5. Steam the rice for 40 minutes or until fully cooked.
6. Fluff the rice with a fork before serving.
