Ingredients 

Rice

  • 2 cups Rice cooked

Fillings

  • 200 g Chicken shredded
  • 100 g Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Turmeric Powder
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the rice in a rice cooker.
  2. 2. Prepare the fillings: Cook the shredded chicken and shrimp with coconut milk, turmeric powder, and salt until done.
  3. 3. Layer the rice and fillings alternately on a banana leaf.
  4. 4. Wrap the banana leaf tightly and steam for 15 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve hot.
