  • 500 g Fish cleaned and cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 cup Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Turmeric Powder

Instructions 

  1. 1. Rub the fish with salt and turmeric powder. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the fish until golden brown. Set aside.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine vinegar, sugar, and water. Stir until sugar dissolves.
  4. 4. Add the fried fish to the vinegar mixture. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
