Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Cabbage chopped
  • 100 g Carrots sliced
  • 100 g Mushrooms sliced
  • 50 g Glass noodles soaked
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 500 ml Water

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add cabbage, carrots, and mushrooms. Stir-fry for a few minutes.
  4. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and water. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  6. Add soaked glass noodles and cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
