Nyonya Chap Chye Recipe (Mixed Vegetable Stew)
A traditional Nyonya mixed vegetable stew, rich in flavors and easy to prepare.

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Cabbage chopped
- 100 g Carrots sliced
- 100 g Mushrooms sliced
- 50 g Glass noodles soaked
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 500 ml Water
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add cabbage, carrots, and mushrooms. Stir-fry for a few minutes.
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and water. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add soaked glass noodles and cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve hot.
