Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken cut into pieces
  • 300 g Potatoes peeled and cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dark Soy Sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fermented Soybean Paste
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. 2. Add the chicken pieces and cook until they are lightly browned.
  3. 3. Stir in the fermented soybean paste, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and sugar. Mix well.
  4. 4. Add the potatoes and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 45 minutes, or until the chicken and potatoes are tender.
  5. 5. Season with salt to taste. Serve hot.
