Onde-Onde Recipe (Ondeh-Ondeh)
Onde-Onde, also known as Ondeh-Ondeh, are delightful glutinous rice balls filled with palm sugar and coated in grated coconut. A popular snack in Southeast Asia.

Main Ingredients
- 200 g glutinous rice flour
- 150 ml water pandan juice
- 100 g palm sugar chopped
- 100 g grated coconut steamed with a pinch of salt
1. Mix the glutinous rice flour with pandan juice to form a dough.
2. Take small portions of the dough and flatten them. Place a piece of palm sugar in the center and roll into a ball.
3. Boil water in a pot. Drop the balls into the boiling water. When they float, they are cooked. Remove and roll in grated coconut.
