Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g glutinous rice flour
  • 150 ml water pandan juice
  • 100 g palm sugar chopped
  • 100 g grated coconut steamed with a pinch of salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix the glutinous rice flour with pandan juice to form a dough.
  2. 2. Take small portions of the dough and flatten them. Place a piece of palm sugar in the center and roll into a ball.
  3. 3. Boil water in a pot. Drop the balls into the boiling water. When they float, they are cooked. Remove and roll in grated coconut.
