Noodle Dough
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup water
Soup Base
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup ground pork
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 cup spinach
1. Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Gradually add water and knead into a smooth dough. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
2. Roll out the dough and cut into flat noodles.
3. In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add mushrooms, ground pork, and garlic. Cook until pork is done.
4. Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Adjust seasoning to taste.
5. Add the noodles and cook until they float.
6. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Serve hot.
