  • 1 cup White vinegar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil.
  2. 2. Place sliced chilies in a jar.
  3. 3. Pour the hot vinegar mixture over the chilies. Let cool to room temperature.
  4. 4. Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before using.
