  • 1 cup water
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, coconut milk, water, and salt until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with vegetable oil.
  3. Using a roti jala mold or a squeeze bottle, drizzle the batter in a circular motion to form a net-like pattern.
  4. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the crepe is set, then fold into quarters and remove from the pan.
  5. Repeat with the remaining batter, greasing the pan as needed.
