Sambal Belacan Recipe
A spicy Malaysian condiment made with chilies and shrimp paste.

Main Ingredients
- 10 pieces Red chilies deseeded
- 1 tablespoon Belacan (shrimp paste) toasted
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 tablespoons Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1. Toast the belacan in a pan until fragrant. 
- 2. Blend the red chilies, toasted belacan, sugar, and salt until smooth. 
- 3. Add lime juice and blend again until well combined. 
- 4. Serve as a condiment with your favorite dishes.
