  • 1 cup sambal oelek
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions 

  1. Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the eggplant and cook until tender.
  4. Stir in the sambal oelek, soy sauce, and sugar. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
