  • 500 g Okra washed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 cup Sambal Sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the okra and sauté for 5-7 minutes until slightly tender.
  3. Add the sambal sauce and salt. Stir well to coat the okra.
  4. Cook for another 10-12 minutes until the okra is fully cooked and the sauce is thickened.
  5. Serve hot as a side dish or main course.
