Sambal Lady’s Finger Recipe (Okra)

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Okra washed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1 cup Sambal Sauce store-bought or homemade
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. 
- Add the okra and sauté for 5-7 minutes until slightly tender. 
- Add the sambal sauce and salt. Stir well to coat the okra. 
- Cook for another 10-12 minutes until the okra is fully cooked and the sauce is thickened. 
- Serve hot as a side dish or main course.
