Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 10 pieces Red Chilies seeded and chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 1 piece Shallot chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Tamarind Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Blend the red chilies, garlic, and shallot into a smooth paste.
  2. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add the chili paste to the pan and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4. Add the tamarind paste, sugar, and salt. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Remove from heat and let it cool. Store in an airtight container.
