Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs hard-boiled and peeled
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 cup Onions chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Tamarind paste dissolved in ¼ cup water
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Tomato puree
  • 5 Dried red chilies soaked in hot water and drained

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add chopped onions and minced garlic, sauté until golden brown.
  3. 3. Blend soaked chilies into a paste and add to the pan. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add tamarind paste, sugar, salt, and tomato puree. Cook for another 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the hard-boiled eggs and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot with rice.
