  • 500 g Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Sambal oelek
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add sambal oelek and cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp and stir-fry until they turn pink.
  4. Add sugar, salt, and water. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Serve hot with steamed rice.
