Ingredients 

Satay Sauce

  • 200 ml Peanut sauce
  • 100 ml Coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon Tamarind paste
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Skewers

  • 200 g Chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 200 g Prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 200 g Tofu, cut into cubes
  • 200 g Vegetables (e.g., broccoli, mushrooms, bell peppers), cut into bite-sized pieces

Instructions 

  1. 1. Prepare the satay sauce by combining peanut sauce, coconut milk, tamarind paste, sugar, and salt in a pot. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. 2. Thread the chicken, prawns, tofu, and vegetables onto skewers.
  3. 3. Heat the satay sauce in a hot pot.
  4. 4. Dip the skewers into the hot pot and cook until done, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
