Satay Celup Recipe (Malacca Satay Hot Pot)

Satay Sauce
- 200 ml Peanut sauce
- 100 ml Coconut milk
- 2 tablespoon Tamarind paste
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Skewers
- 200 g Chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 200 g Prawns, peeled and deveined
- 200 g Tofu, cut into cubes
- 200 g Vegetables (e.g., broccoli, mushrooms, bell peppers), cut into bite-sized pieces
1. Prepare the satay sauce by combining peanut sauce, coconut milk, tamarind paste, sugar, and salt in a pot. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Thread the chicken, prawns, tofu, and vegetables onto skewers.
3. Heat the satay sauce in a hot pot.
4. Dip the skewers into the hot pot and cook until done, about 5-7 minutes.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
