Main Ingredients
- 200 g Cabbage chopped
- 100 g Carrots sliced
- 100 g Green beans cut into 2-inch pieces
- 200 ml Coconut milk
- 500 ml Water
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.
Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
Add carrots and green beans, cook for 5 minutes.
Add cabbage, coconut milk, and water. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Season with salt to taste. Serve hot.
