Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Cabbage chopped
  • 100 g Carrots sliced
  • 100 g Green beans cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 200 ml Coconut milk
  • 500 ml Water
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add carrots and green beans, cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add cabbage, coconut milk, and water. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Season with salt to taste. Serve hot.
