Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken thighs boneless, skinless
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add chicken thighs and cook until browned.
  4. 4. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and water. Bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. 6. Stir in sugar and cornstarch mixture. Cook until sauce thickens.
  7. 7. Serve hot with rice.
