Ingredients

  • 500 g Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 10 g Curry leaves fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
  3. Add curry leaves and sauté for a few seconds.
  4. Add shrimp, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until shrimp is done, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Serve hot with rice or bread.
