Main Ingredients
- 500 g Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 10 g Curry leaves fresh
- 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
Add curry leaves and sauté for a few seconds.
Add shrimp, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until shrimp is done, about 5-7 minutes.
Serve hot with rice or bread.
