Ingredients

  • 500 g squid cleaned
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 inch ginger minced
  • 1 lime lime juice

Instructions 

  1. Clean and score the squid.
  2. Mix all the spices, garlic, ginger, lime juice, and oil in a bowl.
  3. Marinate the squid with the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill the squid for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  6. Serve hot with a squeeze of lime.
