Main Ingredients
- 500 g squid cleaned
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 inch ginger minced
- 1 lime lime juice
Clean and score the squid.
Mix all the spices, garlic, ginger, lime juice, and oil in a bowl.
Marinate the squid with the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the squid for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
Serve hot with a squeeze of lime.
