Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Squid, cleaned and cut into rings
  • 1 tablespoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 unit Onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 unit Red chili, sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix the squid with turmeric powder and salt. Set aside.
  2. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add the sliced onion, minced garlic, and sliced red chili. Stir-fry until fragrant.
  4. 4. Add the marinated squid to the pan. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes or until the squid is cooked through.
  5. 5. Serve hot with steamed rice.
