Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix the squid with turmeric powder and salt. Set aside.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
3. Add the sliced onion, minced garlic, and sliced red chili. Stir-fry until fragrant.
4. Add the marinated squid to the pan. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes or until the squid is cooked through.
5. Serve hot with steamed rice.
