  • 8 pieces Squid cleaned
  • 2 cups Glutinous Rice soaked for 2 hours
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 piece Pandan Leaf tied into a knot

Instructions 

  1. 1. Soak the glutinous rice for 2 hours, then drain.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the soaked rice, coconut milk, salt, and sugar. Mix well.
  3. 3. Stuff the squid with the rice mixture, leaving some space at the top. Secure with a toothpick.
  4. 4. Steam the stuffed squid for 30-40 minutes or until the rice is cooked.
  5. 5. Serve hot, garnished with the pandan leaf.
