Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Breast sliced thinly
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 unit Onion sliced
  • 1 unit Red Bell Pepper sliced
  • 1 unit Green Bell Pepper sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • ½ cup Water

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken slices and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Add onion, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili paste, and sugar. Mix well.
  6. Pour in water and let it simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
  7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
