  • 4 fillets Fish any firm white fish
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes optional
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. 3. Brush the fish fillets with the spice mixture on both sides.
  4. 4. Place the fish on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. 5. Remove from the grill and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
