Sup Gearbox Kabel Recipe (Large Bone Marrow 'Cable' Soup)

Main Ingredients
- 2 kg Large bone marrow cut into pieces
- 2 liters Water
- 1 large Onion chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 inch Ginger sliced
- 2 sticks Cinnamon
- 4 pods Cardamom
- 1 teaspoon Black peppercorns
- 2 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 bunch Cilantro chopped, for garnish
1. In a large pot, add the water and bring to a boil.
2. Add the large bone marrow pieces to the boiling water.
3. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and sliced ginger to the pot.
4. Add the cinnamon sticks, cardamom pods, and black peppercorns.
5. Season with salt to taste.
6. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 2 hours, or until the marrow is tender and the flavors are well combined.
7. Skim off any impurities that rise to the surface during cooking.
8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped cilantro.
