Ingredients

  • 1 kg Beef bone marrow
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 Large onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 Red chilies, sliced
  • 1 can Tomato sauce
  • 4 cups Beef broth
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sliced red chilies, cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Add the beef bone marrow and cook until browned on all sides.
  5. Pour in the tomato sauce and beef broth, bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 1.5 hours or until the meat is tender.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
