- 1 kg Beef bone marrow
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 Large onion, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 Red chilies, sliced
- 1 can Tomato sauce
- 4 cups Beef broth
- to taste Salt and pepper
Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
Add the minced garlic and sliced red chilies, cook for another 2 minutes.
Add the beef bone marrow and cook until browned on all sides.
Pour in the tomato sauce and beef broth, bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 1.5 hours or until the meat is tender.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
