Ingredients

  • 500 g Pork belly cut into chunks
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dark soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 pcs Star anise

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a pot over medium heat and add the pork belly. Cook until browned.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Stir well.
  4. 4. Pour in water and add star anise. Bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Lower the heat and let it simmer for 1.5 hours or until the pork is tender.
