- 500 g Pork belly cut into chunks
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dark soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- 2 pcs Star anise
1. Heat a pot over medium heat and add the pork belly. Cook until browned.
2. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Stir well.
4. Pour in water and add star anise. Bring to a boil.
5. Lower the heat and let it simmer for 1.5 hours or until the pork is tender.
