Omelette
- 4 eggs
- 200 g ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Tomato Sauce
- 200 ml tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
1. Beat the eggs in a bowl and set aside.
2. In a frying pan, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
3. Add the ground beef to the pan and cook until browned.
4. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper to the beef mixture. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Pour the beaten eggs over the beef mixture and cook until the eggs are set.
6. For the tomato sauce, mix all the sauce ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes.
7. Serve the omelette with the tomato sauce poured over it.
