  • 200 g minced meat
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs.
  2. 2. Add minced meat, chopped onion, minced garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and spread it evenly.
  5. 5. Cook until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until done.
  6. 6. Serve hot.
