  • 500 g Prawns peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the prawns and cook until they turn pink.
  4. 4. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  5. 5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  6. 6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
