Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Prawns peeled and deveined
  • 100 g Petai (stink beans)
  • 3 Red chilies sliced
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Tamarind juice
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add red chilies and stir-fry for another minute.
  4. Add prawns and cook until they turn pink.
  5. Add petai and tamarind juice, stir well.
  6. Season with salt to taste and cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
