Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Yellow noodles pre-cooked
  • 2 Garlic cloves minced
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 1 Carrot julienned
  • 1 cup Cabbage shredded
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
  • 1 tablespoon Chili sauce optional
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 Lime cut into wedges, for serving

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and sliced onion, stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the julienned carrot and shredded cabbage, stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the pre-cooked yellow noodles, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, and chili sauce. Stir-fry until everything is well combined and heated through.
  5. 5. Serve hot with lime wedges on the side.
