Veggie Mee Goreng Recipe (Fried Noodles)

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Yellow noodles pre-cooked
- 2 Garlic cloves minced
- 1 Onion sliced
- 1 Carrot julienned
- 1 cup Cabbage shredded
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
- 1 tablespoon Chili sauce optional
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 Lime cut into wedges, for serving
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and sliced onion, stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add the julienned carrot and shredded cabbage, stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
4. Add the pre-cooked yellow noodles, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, and chili sauce. Stir-fry until everything is well combined and heated through.
5. Serve hot with lime wedges on the side.
