Wantan Mee Recipe (Soup Style)

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Wantan noodles
- 200 g Pork mince
- 1 bunch Choy sum
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 L Chicken stock
1. Boil the wantan noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pot, bring the chicken stock to a boil. Add minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
3. Add the pork mince to the boiling stock and cook until done.
4. Add the choy sum and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5. To serve, place the noodles in a bowl and pour the soup over them. Enjoy!
