  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger minced
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers sliced
  • 1 cup Onions sliced
  • 1 cup Snow Peas
  • 1 cup Carrots julienned

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the chicken pieces and cook until they turn white.
  4. 4. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Stir well to combine.
  5. 5. Add the sliced bell peppers, onions, snow peas, and carrots. Stir-fry for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  6. 6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
