Main Ingredients
- 200 g wonton wrappers
- 250 g ground pork
- 200 g egg noodles
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 stalks green onions, chopped
1. Mix ground pork, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and white pepper in a bowl.
2. Place a teaspoon of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold and seal the edges with water.
3. Bring a pot of water to boil. Cook wontons for 4-5 minutes until they float. Remove and set aside.
4. In another pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add egg noodles and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
5. Divide noodles into bowls, top with wontons, and pour hot chicken broth over. Garnish with chopped green onions.
